Does this white tee and black jean combo look familiar? Well, it should because its the same exact outfit I was wearing in my last post but just different shoes, bag and jacket. I wanted to show you guys that you can go from an everyday look to a date night/night out look with just a change of a few accessories. I really am obsessed with these jeans. They are a little on the pricey side so I will try my hardest to locate a pair thats a little more budget friendly. I basically wear these jeans every other day though, so I am getting my moneys worth already. When you're pregnant you barely feel like putting anything else but sweat pants on so when I found these pants I was in love. I hope you guys love this look as much as I do! 15 Weeks

How far along? 15 weeks

Total weight gain: 5 lbs

Stretch marks? Nope

Sleep: I've been going to bed really early and sleeping like a baby!

Best moment this week: First week of no more work, so I just was able to relax.

Miss anything? Sad to say but I miss the tanning bed.

Movement: None

Food Cravings: Anything breakfast related.

Anything making you queasy or sick? Nachos and Lobster.

Gender: Not sure yet, but I'm feeling like its a boy.

Labor signs: No

Symptoms: None

Belly button in or out? In.

Wedding rings on or off? On.

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy most of the time but I have my moments.

Looking forward to: Finding out the gender so we can put a name to the cute little bundle of joy <3

Hey loves! Sorry I've been MIA this week. I broke the lens on my camera last week so I wasn't able to snap my outfits as much as I usually would. One of my good friends is a photographer and amazing might I add so I stole her the other day to take some pictures! This outfit is so easy and I bet all of you have these items in your closet. A pair of black jeans, a white t-shirt and a flannel. I got this hat last year at Target and have yet to wear it so I took the opportunity as soon as it was nice out! 

I just wanted to catch you guys up on whats been going on in my life.. As many of you know I'm a hair stylist and have been for the past 3 years but once I got pregnant I really wanted to think about whether I wanted to be in a salon full time or part time or not at all. After talking with my husband I made the decision to quit my job so that I could focus on my blog full time and stay at home with my baby. I couldn't be more excited and confident in my choice. I really feel like I did the best thing for me, some people may not understand the choice to stay home but it's not for everyone. I can't wait to have time to post every day and show you outfits! If you're looking for a good read, I am currently reading this book right now and I love it! Its really helpful for helping you to understand how God calls us to act towards people who rub us the wrong way. Its so easy to blow up and say whatever we want but this challenges you to really look at people from God's perspective. Its not always what we want to hear but its the way we should be treating people, no matter what they have done or said to us or about us. I hope you all pick up this book and enjoy if you do!

Can't hide it anymore

So I can't hide it anymore… I'm pregnant! I wanted to wait until I was further along but its becoming more and more diffucult to hide with clothing. Some of my readers have probably been thinking, "this chick needs to slow down on the cheeseburgers and pizza" because as most moms know the first couple months you're just thicker around the middle until your belly actually pops. Nothing fits you and you feel bloated in everything but sweatpants. Maxi dresses have been my go to now because they are the only thing that are comfortable for me, I can tell  I'm going to be living in them this spring/summer. 

I am currently 14 weeks and super excited/nervous. I have always wanted kids, I never knew when and how long I would wait after getting married but once I met my husband I knew I was going to want them sooner than later. My husband is the best and is going to be the greatest dad ever. I bet most wives feel that way about their husbands or the person they are having their babies with but I truly believe that he was meant to be a dad. I'm so blessed and lucky to be having a little miracle and I couldn't be happier. If you're a fellow preggo you're hopefully going to be loving my blog for the next 5-6 months because i'm going to be posting anything from fashion to exercise and healthy eating. So stick around for this exciting adventure.

Nordstrom Rack Deals

I don't shop at Nordstrom rack a lot, even though I have one right down the street from my house because its always so busy and crowded in there. When I am looking for a deal I need time and space, I wish I was kidding. I have been looking for a cute pair of Toms but decided I would look in the Nordstrom rack to see if I could find anything similar. And I did! I found these shoes by Michael Kors for only $59.95! They were originally almost $200. They are really comfortable and a great shoe to have for the spring and summer months! You can wear them with a cute dress or something more casual like I'm wearing in this look. I also found a couple other things there when I went that will blow your mind! If you're in the market for any new clothing items please check out that store, you will not be disappointed. Tomorrow I am doing hair and makeup for a wedding so I will post lots of pictures. I'm thinking about doing a post on what to wear to a spring/summer wedding, including hair and makeup ideas! Leave a comment below if you would like to see a post like that. Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I promise I'm going to keep posting regularly. I've just had a lot going on in the past couple of weeks. I've done a lot of spring cleaning in my life lately and just making some big choices about life in general. Its all good things, don't worry and I will keep you updated as soon as things start moving in that direction :) Its so exciting and I can't wait to share all my big life news with you guys! 

On to the outfit... This is my go to lately because I never feel like getting dressed up I always just want whatever is most comfortable and easy. The weather where I live has been crazy lately, in the morning its chilly then by the afternoon its warm, so layers are my best bet. I always try to wear a jacket and then t-shirt underneath so that if the weather does change I can just take off a layer. I'm going to start posting at least one casual look every week! I know a lot of my readers are moms or not working full time so I feel like casual outfits like these fit that demographic. I hope you all are having a lovely week!

My Fairytale..

I wanted to take some time to share with my readers some really beautiful pictures from my wedding. My wedding was literally a dream, I can never have imagined anything better. My photographer captured every moment and was amazing. I will link her website below if you are in the New England area and are looking for a photographer you need her! My only advice if you're getting married is, marry your best friend because you will laugh everyday. How my husband and I were on our wedding day is how I feel about him everyday, so in love.
