Fall Workout

So now that I have been cleared by my doctor to start working out, there are no excuses I need to get it together. This week I've been trying to exercise every day (which is hard with an infant + all the rain) but I have been doing it. I have been following + purchased the Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines. This girl is seriously amazing and breaks it down with two books, one for healthy eating and one for workouts. And the most amazing part is that she sells them as ebooks so you will always have them with you! Plus, the workouts are only 28 mins! I mean, c'mon you can't beat that + all the workouts can be done from home, which is super important to me. Don't have any motivation to work out? Well try buying some cute workout clothes to get you motivated, I know that works for me. Target has some really cheap workout stuff and here is one of the outfits I chose.
